The SB2D00 is our Fiag Ship series of bases. Designed to eliminate and/or reduce the problems inherent with most slot bases, this is our most popular model.
All of our SB2000 bases feature full overlay doors, pullout shelves offering full access to the bottom of the base and integrated wire chases. Tops, doors, kicks, shelves and end panels are all replaceable. By utilizing heavy duty thermofoil to finish the doors, kicks and end panels, we are able to significantly reduce and/or eliminate the source of chipping common to laminate bases.
The two and three door units feature heavy duty european style hinges that carry a lifetime warranty. These hinges are far superior to the piano hinges so common in other bases.

- 3" solid Bullnose/Flatnose tops - Features radius top and bottom edge to eliminate the seam common to other base tops. This significantly reduces the opportunity for chipping
- Black Crystal High Pressure Laminate Finish on the tops
- Removable full overlay doors. The two and three door models use heavy duty european style hinges (no unsightly hinge showing) - most of our competitors use "piano" hinges resulting in the doors breaking from the hinges. Single door models utilize our "hingeless" system.
- Doors and kicks are finished with Black Crystal thermofoil, and have beveled edges to prevent chipping - most of our competitors use laminate doors and kicks which leave and exposed seam that is subject to chipping.
- Full coverage secure shelves are removable allowing FULL access down to the floor - most of our competitors provide small access holes
- Finished interiors - many of our competitors in order to cut costs, use raw particle board interiors which can cause abrasions to the skin of technicians
- Integrated wire chases, wire chases are positioned so that side-to-side, back-to-back and back-to-side placement results in proper positioning.
- Replaceable components. If any damage should occur, just the damaged component is replaced in a few minutes - most of our competitors bases are fabricated in such a way that damages are not easily fixed and/or the entire base must be replaced.
